Spirit…
Alone represents nothing in nature which can be seen or touched,
but that which can only be known by experience and feeling.
It is flame of knowing at the centre of the ‘cosmic egg’,
which is ready to burst into life…”

    I find this poem inspirational
Sea and sky, in one illimitable rush of hue,
    Opens up light worlds.
and the tern’s shrill cry, untranslatable,
    Holds me static here
    Given over to such fluidity
I am become a component air

As invited I will add one of the prayers that get me through the difficult days:

    Make me strong in spirit,
    Courageous in action,
    Gentle of heart,

    Let me act in wisdom,
    Conquer my fear and doubt,
    Discover my own hidden gifts,

    Meet others with compassion,
Be a source of healing energies,
And face each day with hope and joy.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” I don’t remember where I read this but it does make me think.

It is in my interests and, in the interests of others, to look inside myself repeatedly in order to challenge my perspective about a variety of issues. My perceptions are like water in my hands, I’ve discovered, and it’s better that they are there to serve me/others rather than to bind me/others with ill-conceived chains.

When the lesson was ready to be learned the teacher who wrote that little bit of wisdom, appeared and I took notice!

    Un burdened

When I awake and remember that my heart feels heavy from worry, doubts and fears I cannot shake through mental efforts and physical actions, there is only one thing left for me.

Kneel down most humbly at the grave of someone who loved me most dearly and clasp my hands in parayer. I ask God to take precious care of this beautiful person’s soul as this one is deeply missed in my life. Please God afford me to meet this one again when my life on earth is passed.

I speak with all my heart to my dear one.

When the is no more to say, a golden silence, then dry my tears. I stay a few moments, as long as possible, then leave.

I must do what is good and face with getleness this world in which God placed me, where this person loved me and I have honoured, humbly praying Divinity is taking care of us all.

Well now what of my earthly worries?
