Meditation

Meditation can help reduce habitual or excessive tension. Often in meditation, deep relaxation occurs and tests have shown that it induces through this deep relaxation, the body to heal itself, for example, the amount of blood lactate, which increases quickly during times of stress and anxiety is reduced substantially and more quickly during meditation than during sleep.

Physiological indicators of tension such as heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen consumption are also affected. Some stress related problems such as high blood pressure and tension headaches may well be alleviated or eliminated by regular meditation.

With practice, we can develop our ability of listening inwards and being silent within our own minds…

An Inner Journey and the Song of the Sea… Using creative energy from within, is an exploration into the ‘inner space’;  a ‘field’ of ‘pure energy’… Helping to create healing by acknowledging, accepting and embracing both the ‘darkness’ and the ‘light’…

Peace is not absence of strife.
Peace is acceptance and surrender to that which is…
Peace is the profound awareness of the one true source from which all things emerge…
And to which all things will return.
